Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of helloinsurancepro.com (the "Site") and any related forms, emails, phone calls, and text messages provided by Hello Insurance Pro ("we," "us," "our"). By using the Site or submitting any form, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to use the Site or submit our application. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements.
2. The opportunity
Hello Insurance Pro provides information about a recruiting opportunity for licensed and non-licensed insurance professionals. We do not guarantee any specific income, position, schedule, or employment outcome. Licensing requirements, role availability, and results vary by state, individual effort, experience, and performance.
3. Messaging program
When you check the consent box on our form and provide your contact information, you opt in to our recruiting messaging program. Under this program:
- What you'll receive: emails, phone calls, and SMS text messages from Hello Insurance Pro about your application and the recruiting opportunity, including via automated technology.
- Frequency: message frequency varies depending on the stage of your application and your responses; typically no more than several messages per week.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply per your wireless carrier's plan. Hello Insurance Pro does not charge for these messages.
- Carriers: wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Supported carriers: all major U.S. carriers (AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, and others).
- Opt-out: you can stop SMS at any time by replying STOP. You can stop email by clicking the unsubscribe link in any of our emails. You can stop phone calls by asking the caller, or by emailing info@helloinsurancepro.com.
- Help: reply HELP to any text for help, or contact info@helloinsurancepro.com.
- Consent is not required for employment or any service. You can apply through other channels without opting in.
4. Privacy
Our handling of your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We do not sell or share your mobile phone number, SMS consent, or personal information with third parties for marketing.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Site or our messaging program to: (a) submit false, misleading, or unauthorized information; (b) impersonate any person or entity; (c) violate any law or third-party right; (d) attempt to interfere with the operation of the Site; or (e) use automated means to access or extract data without our written permission.
6. Intellectual property
The Site, its content, design, and branding are owned by Hello Insurance Pro or its licensors and are protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
7. Disclaimers
The Site and any information provided are offered "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hello Insurance Pro and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or our messaging program. Our total liability for any claim related to these Terms or the Site will not exceed one hundred dollars (US $100).
9. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Hello Insurance Pro from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
10. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Hudson County, New Jersey, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective" date above. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
